finally watched today :D and with my sai sai! hahaha. the show's super cute lah. especially theodore!! XD lols. but somehow, i feel the first instalment's better. maybe cos its more "new" that time? haha i duno. still, its a cute and enjoyable movie to catch! :D

its the same nervous feeling clicking on the links that lead to the revealing of the examination results... but im glad i did ok this sem :) very very surprised (and of cos happy) at the grades i got for statistics and NIE band! stats was is a nightmare but seeing improvement from the previous stats modules i took in years 1 and 2 is deeply encouraging :)) however this doesnt mean i will even consider taking advanced stats in year 4. big, fat, NO. and i mean it >=(

haha. surprised at the grade for band module too cos i seriously played HORRIBLY for the exam and i rmbr feeling depressed for the rest of the day after i left the exam room :( hmm well, miracles do happen huh? i got lucky hahaha. but once again, doesnt mean i will take Band II module. nonono. nie sound... i think one sem is enough liao :P

X(

yay finally opening ceremony for my new HDD which is freeing up a lot of space on my laptop which will subsequently work faster and at least let me load my blog :) haha. thanks again to aemi for this present!

fun day ytd with a mini family gathering at my cousin's place, sherlock holmes in the evening, and impromptu meet-up with weijie and kent at night! aka transits from cuteness to mystery to lotsa laughters! :D

haha took so many photos of my 6-mth-old niece, chloe cos she's so irresistibly CUTE and damn fun to play with! XD food was good too and it was nice seeing my other niece and nephew whom i havent met up with for super long! :) only person missing was this other cousin who just returned from aussie but cldnt join us ytd :( nvm. next week!!

caught sherlock holmes with alvin after that and yeah its quite a good movie! :) i wonder if anyone can really be so smart as to read ppl so well and to come up with such intricate plots.. haha. anyway, quite a fun "mystery" show lah, and definitely less tiring than da vinci ;)

joined weijie, kent and their 2 other friends for dinner after that and omg this bunch is seriously damn funny!! hahaha. and it was the first time i witnessed so many polaroids being taken (excluding those taken at birthday parties) but its ok cos they're so nice! XD





well actually thats abt all for now. having quite a good break this week with no work (woohoo!) and slping late waking late... unhealthy but feels so gd! XD lols. but i vry long nv watch movie le :(( anyone wanna catch avatar, chipmunks, planet 51 (while its still showing!) and treasure hunter???

EOY today and i was actually doing quite a good job of calming my own nerves before we went up, which were a little affected when we heard that the event was in under-run and we'd probably be going up earlier. nvtheless, i managed to relax enough, until we were asked to perform an extra song on top of the prepared one becos they really have too much time. =/ telling us this just 3 mins before our performance is seriously..... yeah "unexpected opportunity to entertain others" huh..

so we used houki boshi as our 2nd song. was super reluctant becos i have zero confidence of remembering the lyrics and i hate giving a performance im not prepared for (in this sense, not having memorised the lyrics) but it was the only song everyone else was comfortable with so..... damn. i pray and hope the audience didnt hate me too much for forgetting the lyrics to a song that seemed to be quite popular with them (they actually cheered when i said we're doing houki boshi).. =/

nonetheless, credits to the sound engineer for finally letting me hear myself clearly through the feedback monitors (i dont rmbr hearing myself this clearly for previous gigs lol), and i hope the audience liked our overall performance today despite the minor mistakes here and there. and i REALLY hope this kinda impromptu thingy-s wont ever happen again, becos it seriously sucks and i swear it sent my nerves flying. no good for the voice and for the mental state of the performers >.<

seriously, i hate myself for "deciding" to wanna even temporarily stop jamming with this band :( jamming has always been in my "can never give up" list, along with symphonic band.. i really dont know if i should continue. i probably wldnt be able to jam as often as we did becos of my new internship and that's gonna be rather unfair to the rest for having to "accomodate" to my schedule, and if there'll be performances, i might not be able to cope as well. plus i have no idea if i'll even have time to practise singing....

once again, thanks for the advance celebration at timbre! :)) its a real joy knowing all of u and i really wouldnt have pulled through our very-stressful psychology course without the support and many laughters from u girls (and guy) :) thanks for being the reason i look forward to going to school everyday (and perhaps not really wanting to graduate lol) and for being such fun people to do projects with! i do hope i've been an okay project mate as well :P haha thanks a lot for brightening up uni life by tons! im sure we'll have a wonderful 4 years of uni life in psychology together :)
